Terms & Conditions of Booking

Payment

Confirmation of booking will be on receipt of 25% deposit made by Paypal or Bank Transfer.  The client is responsible for any transfer charges.

The final balance payment must be paid four weeks before commencement of the holiday.  If it is not paid, we reserve the right to cancel the booking, retaining the deposit and apply cancellation charges below.

Cancellation

Any cancellations must be in writing, and receipt confirmed in writing by Cortijo Uribe. The following charges apply:

  • 4 weeks notification 25% deposit retained
  • 3 weeks notification 50% holiday charge
  • 2 weeks notification 80% holiday charge
  • 1 week notification 100% holiday charge

 

We strongly recommend that personal and holiday insurance is taken by all our guests, to enable cancellation cover for any ill health, bereavement etc.

Additional Pets

Guests are welcome to bring pets, however they must ask prior permission as additional cleaning charges may apply.
